We engineer integrated gas conditioning systems to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable compression and treatment of produced gas.

Our designs are developed to meet stringent product specifications, using robust solutions aligned with asset-specific requirements. KANFA takes ownership of the complete gas treatment scope, covering all process steps including all its individual steps.

Gas Dehydration (TEG)

Tailored system design for robust performance

KANFA Gas Dehydration Systems are engineered to deliver robust and reliable dehydration and TEG regeneration performance for offshore gas processing.
Designed using specialist in-house expertise within glycol-based systems, our solutions are tailored to asset-specific requirements and operating conditions, ensuring consistent achievement of required gas water content.

Industry leading TEG Expertise

To achieve the required water content, we utilise our extensive experience in designing Glycol systems and in Glycol degradation mechanisms across numerous offshore assets and R&D projects including unmanned operations.

KANFA takes full ownership of the complete dehydration scope, including the design of the TEG contactor and scrubber, as well as the TEG regeneration system. This integrated approach ensures the overall system is optimised and that lean TEG is consistently delivered within required specification, resulting in a robust and reliable dehydration solution.

Where glycol-based dehydration is not the optimal solution, we also offer adsorption-based dehydration systems tailored to the application.

Hydrate Inhibition (MEG)

Precise & Reliable Chemical Delivery to Optimise Production and Asset Lifetime

We design and take full responsibility for Hydrate Inhibition systems, including injection point configuration, MEG Injection system and MEG Regeneration.  This ensures that the formation of hydrates, which may occur under certain process conditions, is mitigated, thereby avoiding unsafe or upset conditions. This includes experience with unmanned operation.

We also offer Methanol-based hydrate inhibition systems, where that is advantageous over MEG.
