We’re happy to announce the successful delivery of the 205 ton TEG Regeneration module in July 2026. alongside the previously shipped Chemical Injection Packages for the TotalEnergies GranMorgu FPSO.
The project
KANFA was selected for this project to engineer, procure and fabricate the TEG Gas Dehydration and TEG Regeneration Package, as well as the Chemical Injection Packages. These specialist process packages will now be integrated into the FPSO topsides at the fabrication yard.
The GranMorgu FPSO will produce Block 58, offshore Suriname, with TotalEnergies as the end user. The FPSO’s main contractor is S.T.S JV, a joint venture between Technip Energies and SBM Offshore, and KANFA’s scope forms part of the FPSO’s topsides facilities.
KANFA’s contribution to the FPSO topside comprises compact but technically complex specialist process systems that benefit from focused engineering and a flexible execution model. The systems designed and delivered by KANFA support gas dehydration and the project’s chemical injection strategy, contributing to reliable and efficient operation.
Looking ahead
The project represents several firsts for KANFA and for Suriname. It marks KANFA’s first major project executed with fabrication in China and forms part of Suriname’s first deepwater offshore development.
The packages are now on the integration yard, and KANFA is looking forward to supporting the project through the remaining phases, including commissioning and offshore start-up.
